Back in 2008, Elvir has established APS and since, he continuously leads his team, drive results and strengthens company’s operations. Today APS has seven offices worldwide with a team of over 60 skilled professionals.
He endeavored his vision and devoted his time to create APS Group that continues to grow across territories, and nurture industry talents and young professionals as the core value of success.
Starting his career 25 years ago as an engineer, Elvir performed among some of the industry’s biggest names and gained his experience in facade engineering while working for several Dutch companies like Oskomera, Van Dool Geveltechniek and Scheldebouw – Permastelisa.
He has led an extensive range of façade projects across Europe and the USA. One of the most impressive projects was The Shard/London Bridge Tower.
Adnan joined APS Facade in 2019, bringing with him a strong track record in both sales and delivery of commercial strategies within the building envelope sector.
He is responsible for the development and implementation of the commercial strategies for APS operations within The Netherlands, United Kingdom, Bosnia & Herzegovina and USA.
Toni Kustic entered the facade industry in 2007. He was working as junior site manager before deciding to pursue a career in design of building envelopes.
Moving quickly through all aspects and stages of facade design, Toni has gained ‘know-how’ over number of facade principles (UCW, Steel-Glass, Stick Glazing, Rainscreens, etc..) and design processes from concept and system development, shop drawings & value engineering, up to 3D parametric modeling and workshop design.
His professional skills took him progressively to design management, and from 2015 year his focus is on client management, planning and budgeting, design sub-contracting and process implementation. In the course of a few years, he delivered several highly bespoke projects in the upper sector of industry in the UK, USA, EU and ME markets.
As a member of APS, Toni is leading a team of professionals and is responsible for analyzing, implementing and overseeing all complex concepts, design practices and procedures within project design and consulting services.
Based in our Sarajevo office, Amir joined APS in 2019 as a Structural Engineer, he became Technical Director in 2022.
With an impressive academic background in civil engineering, Amir provides unwavering support for our teams when it comes to structural analysis and assessment across our projects. He has worked on a number of APS’ projects across Europe, with particular focus in the UK, providing technical support for some of the industry’s biggest players.
Neil joined the APS team in 2022 with over 25 years’ experience of technical design, working within the UK construction market with some of the biggest names in facades.
Neil oversees the technical design process and leads the team in delivering effective technical designs for our clients.
A qualified architect, Richard first joined APS Facades in 2018 as a Project Design Manager in our Rotterdam office. In 2022, he became Senior Technical Manager at our head office in the Netherlands.
Richard has 25 years’ experience in technical design in the facade sector, working for some of the top industry names in the Netherlands, like Prince Cladding, Van Dool Geveltechniek and De Groot & Visser.
Richard has provided his extensive technical knowledge to a number of high profile APS projects in the Netherlands and beyond.
